Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of NeverFF, free builds, counters and tools for League of Legends and World of Warcraft: Forever. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
NeverFF gives build suggestions based on the enemy team and on statistics aggregated from public match data. It is provided for informational purposes only: the suggestions are guidance, not a guarantee of any in-game result. Game data may be delayed or inaccurate.
Accounts
Accounts are optional and used only to save your favorite champions. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others or use someone else's account.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or attack the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Payments
NeverFF is completely free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, or paid features, so there's nothing to be charged for and no refunds apply. If we ever add a paid feature, we'll update these terms with pricing and a refund policy before charging anyone.
No warranty
NeverFF is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. It's a free tool for a video game, so use it at your own discretion.
Riot Games
NeverFF isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Game data and images are provided via Riot's Data Dragon.
World of Warcraft: Forever
NeverFF isn't endorsed by or affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft: Forever are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Game names, icons and talent texts belong to Blizzard.
Talent calculator data comes from talentsforever.com, read from the World of Warcraft: Forever beta client, and is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We reformatted it for our calculator. Talents can still change before and after launch.
Profession recipes, materials and skill-up levels are read from the World of Warcraft: Forever beta client tables (exported by wago.tools). Trainer learn levels and vendor recipes come from the CMaNGOS classic-db project (GPL-3.0). The leveling paths are our own.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
